Never satisfied with the status-quo, Reid & DeLeye has developed experience and a strong reputation in design build, pre-engineered and conventional construction solutions. The solutions we provide are as individualized as the clients we build them for. Much of our work is done through prequalified public tender, while the majority of our work is focused on design/build. Our clients range from municipalities, industrial and commercial sectors, as well as multi-unit residential and institutional services. Municipal landmarks such as the Tillsonburg OPP station, the Lake Lisgar Bridge and Tillsonburg Skate Park are but a few examples of our quality workmanship.

We focus mainly on three methods of delivery:
DESIGN/BUILD is when a single firm is engaged to complete the design and construction of a project. This method provides peace-of-mind for the client as Reid & DeLeye is responsible for leading the architects, engineers and all trades from design through to completion, maximizing value to the client, and minimizing risk.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT allows our clients to choose a builder early in the process, while a design is still being developed. This method allows the Construction Manager to collaborate with the client from the design and development stage, all the way through to completion of the project.
PUBLIC TENDER PROJECTS are when a client selects an architect to prepare a design and other construction documents. The client then releases these construction documents publicly, allowing contractors to then bid on the project.
